With your submission, please include an artist statement, CV or bio; 10-12 images of works; a list indicating title, medium, size, creation date and sale price of each work. For digital images, please send in JPEG format, 4”x6” size, at 72dpi. If you send slides, please clearly label with name and phone number. Submit time-based works in CD/DVD format. If your works are accepted, you will receive an agreement form by mail or email.
On-line submissions:  Type required information (above) into an email. Please attach images to email.
Mailed submissions: Print, fill and send form by deadlines. Include CD, DVD, slides, prints. and a self-addressed envelope with return postage. Submissions without sufficient postage cannot be returned.
Do not send original work, copies only. Art Runs Deep is not responsible for damage or loss to materials during transportation. Contact us if you have a change of address or telephone number.

Paintings and photographs selected for shows are required to be received matted and/or framed appropriately for exhibition.
